    A.Free. No card, no upsell deck. The catch, if you want to call it one, is that I cap at 7 audits a month so I can do them right. If you finish the form and you are not a fit, I tell you and refer you out.
  2. Q.02What happens if I am not a fit?
    A.I say so on the call and tell you who would be. I have referred work to two MS shops in the last year. The audit still gets delivered. You keep the URL.
  3. Q.03How is this different from a free SEO audit from a sales rep?
    A.A sales-rep audit runs an automated tool and emails you a 40-page PDF with red bars on every line, then asks for a meeting. The Groundwork Audit is me, hand-reading your market and your systems, then writing a diagnosis with a recommended fix order. The last step of the form is booking our 30-minute call to walk through it together. 1-2 business days, not 30 seconds.
  4. Q.04What does it cost if we end up working together?
    A.$500 to $5,000/mo for the retainer (the headline math: at $2,500/mo I should return $250k to $1M+ over 12 months). $5,000 standalone for a website if that is all you need. 6-month minimum on the retainer. The audit tells you which one you actually need or whether you need either. See the receipt below.

If I charge you $2,500/month, you should bring in $250k to $1M+ of extra work over 12 months from our $30,000 of effort. If I cannot see that math when I run the Groundwork Audit, I will tell you that and walk away.
